Editorial Review Process

Every submission is reviewed before publication. Submissions are not publications. We publish a smaller set of work products that meet institutional standards.

1. Intake screening: check completeness, tone, and safety rules.
2. Evidence review: verify citations and supporting documents.
3. Tone and clarity: remove emotive framing; ensure neutral, procedural language.
4. Redactions: remove private names or identifying details if needed.
5. Decision: publish, request edits, or reject with reason.

We aim to reject more than we publish. This scarcity is intentional and is part of how institutions assess trust.

All actions are recorded in the audit log.
