Failure Modes is a student-run archive. To keep it safe and useful:
- Do not name private individuals.
- No accusations without primary sources.
- No doxxing, harassment, or hate speech.
- Avoid copyrighted full-text dumps.
- Keep submissions focused on systems and policy failures.
- No political endorsements or calls to action.
- Use neutral, institutional language.
- The platform itself does not take positions; it is procedural and descriptive.
- No moral condemnation language.
Editors may redact private information and will log all changes in the audit trail.
